A life between cultures, practices, and traditions of East and West.
With a degree in Philosophy, I have spent over twenty years exploring the body, mind, and movement through yoga, meditation, philosophy, and the living traditions of India and China.
For fifteen years, I ran my own school of yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies in Menorca, and have shared my work in places such as India, Japan, and Zanzibar—experiences that have deeply expanded and enriched my perspective.
My path began in academia but soon moved toward direct experience. Since 2007, I have spent extended periods in India, eventually living there for several years, where I trained in yoga, meditation, classical Indian dance, and traditional music.

A continuous path of exploration and practice.

Alongside this, my interest in understanding the relationship between body, mind, and nature led me to study Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture and herbal medicine) and the Tao, integrating the approach of life cultivation (Yangsheng) and an understanding of natural cycles as a foundation for physical, emotional, and vital balance.
In the field of philosophy, I have studied the history and spiritual traditions of yoga in India through Yogic Studies and Embodied Philosophy, and have continued deepening my path through the study and practice of Tibetan Buddhism, which remains a central part of my work today.
I currently live in the Alt Empordà (Girona), where I offer yoga classes, meditation, acupuncture, and meditative sound sessions, in a natural setting that supports presence, deep listening, and personal transformation.
Today, I share this work through classes, workshops, and retreats, where yoga, meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taoism, Buddhism, and art come together as living practices in constant evolution.
